Uncle Chad and Anna came to visit me.....was so fun to meet more of my family. My daddy and mommy take good care of me, and as you can see, I get lots of kisses from my sister (and brother, too).

Welcome to this world, Gavin James Kramer. You are so precious to all of us. =)

Gavin says: I weighed in at 8#14oz, 21 inches, and born on Christmas Eve, 12/24/2009. Instead of playing games and enjoying family time with us, my mom and dad decided to stay at home for a few hours and have me. How nice of them as I was finally ready to come meet the family. I gave them a hard time by teasing them that I was supposed to come 12 days earlier. Oh well, silly me, I wasn't really meaning to alarm them but it was so comfy inside I didn't want to leave my surroundings. Now I'm happy to meet my sister, brother, mom and dad, papa and nanny and all the other big people, so here I am!

Slicked up for breakfast

The grandchildren let me comb their hair before breakfast. They don't usually look so slicked up so grandma had to take their picture, of course. Good little kids awaiting their brother or sister any day now. Due 12/13 .... today is 12/16 ... baby, have you checked the calendar?

Down here is the most game playing area. We get in Mexican train, Up and Down the River, Phase 10 with Dice, Rack-o, Skip-Bo, Spinner Dominoes, Rummikub.....to name a few. Tonight was a game with Bernice .... Up and Down the River (or Bang, bang, bid some call it).

A nice evening out with some of the ladies before we go south......Thanks Dodie, Laurie, Peggy, Debbie and Wanda!

Appreciated Jerome's visit and overnight stay. He had some relatives to look up while in the area before going back up to EB for the second convention.

Birthday at Kent and Jacinda's for Chad

Chad and Anna laughing at the funny candle Kent was lighting. It was the last steak skewer and the skewer actually lit. Cute idea, Kent!! It's good he didn't have to put all the candles on there for Chad's age or we would have had to call the fire department!

Addy in one of her cute moments, which is pretty often. She is now 1 year and 2 wks old. Started taking 3 steps on her own. Watch out world, nothing will be the same!!!

Anna stayed busy watching the kids as Chad installed a door. Axel was holding some of the tools and miscellaneous stuff and watching his cool uncle. Good job, Axel! We need more apprentices like you.

Adelynn's first birthday

We enjoyed a very nice day at Sharon and Rich Kleinstick's (Jacinda's parents' place) for cake and good times for Addy's first birthday party. Many relatives were there as they have been there the past several days for Becca and Justin's MN wedding reception. So a good time was had by all. We'll have another party for Adelynn after mtg on Wed. night along with 6 or 7 other Sept birthdays we're celebrating. December(s) must have been cold months to produce so many people!!

While the kids are away, the dogs will play. Have enjoyed having Chloe join PJ at our place for about ten days. They've had a good time together.

The kids did try their knack at surfing later.....found it kind of tricky. Did body boarding the following day.
