June 26, 2010 - Chad & Anna
We had a beautiful day for Chad and Anna's Minnesota reception here on Saturday, June 26. About a hundred people showed up throughout the afternoon. We served beef tacos, Mexican pulled turkey sandwiches and salads. Carrot or chocolate cake and bars were the dessert. I made chocolate covered spoons for dipping in the coffee as a treat. We dined at the picnic tables and the tables we rented under a tent in case of rainy weather. Luck was with us as it didn't rain until about an hour or more after the people left.
